Somewhere between these two extremes is our group coaching where you get the benefits of both. Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change, all at the same time.

Formally our very popular Outdoor Fit Camps, this new concept is set-up as group classes with our Results coaches using tools including kettlebells, ropes and combination lifts. Training is a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going.

As a member, not only do you receive unlimited classes per week you will also receive additional nutritional help, bi-weekly progress meetings and an individual results orientated approach.
